CBM has come a long way from its early days in 1927. What started as a small operation is now a team of nearly 70 skilled professionals, each contributing to our reputation for quality metal fabrication.

Bowling Party Recap
Food, fun and friendly competition
We believe that fostering strong connections and a sense of community makes our team stronger. This year’s bowling party was a fantastic way to wrap up 2024, bringing everyone together to celebrate another successful year. With plenty of food, drinks, and laughter, the event was a reminder of how much we can achieve when we support one another.
The highlight of the afternoon was the bowling tournament, where friendly competition took center stage. Stuart stole the spotlight as the tournament winner with the highest score—congratulations, Stuart!
Pancake Breakfast at CBM
Celebrating community and connection
At CBM, we believe that moments of togetherness strengthen our workplace. One of our cherished traditions is the Pancake Breakfast, where President Jeff Williams, HR Jenny Walker, and Chairman of the Board, John Williams, come together to serve a warm, hearty breakfast of pancakes and coffee.
